The polymer is either directly synthesized from the monomer or is a transitional step for the prepolymer. The quality of the monomer or prepolymer has a decisive influence on the performance of the polymer. Single-stage or two-stage short-path distillation can be used to produce high-purity polymer products. For example, after the prepolymer is formed, short path distillation is used to distill the monomer from the polymer.

Raw materials that can be processed: monomers, oligomers and prepolymers of epoxy resin, epoxy silane, acrylate, polyurethane, polyethylene wax and polyethanol ether.

Product process

 

1.By polycondensation of epichlorohydrin and diphenol-based propane (bisphenol A), bisphenol A epoxy resin and high degree of polymerization impurities are obtained. The high degree of polymerization impurities are removed by short-path molecular distillation to obtain phenolic A epoxy resin with low viscosity.
