Lubricating oil is composed of 80-90% base oil and 10-20% additives. The main chemical composition is a mixture of various hydrocarbons and a small amount of non-hydrocarbons. However, after a period of use, the performance of lubricating oil is deteriorated due to physical, chemical or human factors, resulting in pollution such as ketones, aldehydes, resins, pitch colloids, carbon black, organic acids, salts, water, and metal chips. Substances can no longer be used and become waste lubricating oil. In fact, the waste oil is not wasteful, and only a few percent of the used lubricating oil is really deteriorated. By removing the impurities in the waste oil, you can get the regenerated lubricating oil with the same performance as the new product.
Preparation process:
waste lubricating oil is filtered to remove scum, enter molecular distillation for impurity removal to obtain high-purity lubricating oil
