Vitamin E

Vitamin E (Vitamin E), also known as tocopherol, is a fat-soluble vitamin and one of the most important antioxidants. It is soluble in organic solvents such as fat and ethanol, insoluble in water, stable to heat and acid, unstable to alkali, and insensitive to heat, but its activity is significantly reduced during frying. The phenolic hydroxyl group on the benzene ring of vitamin E is acetylated, and the ester is hydrolyzed to the phenolic hydroxyl group to become tocopherol.

If vitamin E is lacking and supplemented, it can promote the secretion of sex hormones and increase the vitality and quantity of male sperm; increase the concentration of female estrogen and improve fertility; it can also inhibit the lipid peroxide reaction in the eye lens and improve blood circulation.

Vitamin E

Production process: corn oil is washed and dehydrated after alkali refining, and the crude product will be degassed by the thin film evaporator and short-path molecular distillation to obtain vitamin E concentrate.
